Rennet Powder 25 grm Rennet Powder 25 grm Ref: DP42
Dried microbiological rennet powder, makes 300 cc of liquid rennet. Suitable for use where storage is a problem.


To re-hydrate the whole tub, dissolve in a 20% brine solution, made up of 60 grams of salt in 250 ml of cold boiled water.
Once rehydrated use within 2 to 3 months. Milk curdles at 1 to 2 degrees higher when powdered rennet is used.
